Smart Calendar ("we", "our", "the App") is developed and published by LTD Bian Tech. This Privacy Policy explains how Smart Calendar collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information when you install and use the App. The App is designed to operate primarily on your device; by default personal information is not transmitted to external servers.
This policy applies to the Smart Calendar mobile application and any related services we provide. It does not apply to third-party services or websites linked from the App.

If you enable optional features that integrate with third-party services (for example, analytics or cloud backups), the App will clearly notify you and ask for your consent before sending any data off-device.
We do not collect analytics or crash reports without your explicit consent. If you opt into crash reporting, logs are anonymized and exclude event titles, contact names, or photo contents. We use crash reports only to identify and fix stability issues.
If you are an EU resident, our legal basis for processing personal data is primarily your consent and our legitimate interest in providing the App features. We minimize data collection and process data on-device whenever possible.
Because most processing is performed locally on your device, personal data remains on your device unless you choose to export or back it up. For any data that we may retain (for example, anonymized diagnostics), we retain it only as long as necessary for the purpose collected and delete it on request when technically feasible.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us and we will remove it.
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect information within the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If any data is transmitted outside your country (for example, optional crash reports to third-party services), we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place where required by law.
The App itself does not use browser cookies. The App may store small amounts of data locally (preferences, cached images) to improve performance. You can clear app data or uninstall the App at any time to remove locally stored data.
We design features to minimize the personal data accessed — the App requests only the permissions required for features you enable.
The App may contain links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing personal information.
We may disclose information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date. Significant changes that materially affect your rights will be highlighted in the App when possible.
